my only issue with that is whether garrett is comfortable out of the bullpen. He has started his entire life, to ask him to come out of the bullpen might not be met with great results. I wanted them to do the same thing with elieser, but he always looked so fucking uncomfortable out of the bullpen. Maybe garrett can do it, but it wont be for a while anyways. Mish and Jackson's latest article says cueto isnt due back in the next few weeks.

Well that's the beauty of it, don't treat it as coming out of the bullpen. Treat it like you are starting, except you are going to start at inning 4.1-5.2 and optimistically end the game. Or, if it's a lefty heavy team, maybe Garrett goes first and Cabrera goes second. They only pitch that day so they stay on routine. It's effectively a 2 headed SP. Frankly, a high use reliever pitches 3 innings a week so this isn't a lost spot on the team. I think it's actually a good use to get more innings to preserve the bullpen.
