Gotta wonder how much longer they hold onto Sanchez. Burdick seems like a better fit for this team given his ability to hit lefties, and he can be a better platoon partner for dlc or Garcia or jazz. Can they get a bullpen arm from a crappy team hoping Sanchez can be a reclamation project for them?

I kinda wish they'd give him a month of swapped with Garcia, and if he doesn't turn it on in that month. Move on from him, get Burdick up here. He was never going to have success in the current role of playing 2 or 3 games a week.

Agreed. I think the biggest question is Wtf do they do with Garcia if he continues struggling. It’s a sunk cost, but I bet they’d force the issue and keep him in there. I think dlc is fine for the time being and I actually like berti at ss hitting 9th, if they get a hitter, I hope it would replace Garcia. Reynolds and the pirates are apparently at a stalemate, so maybe that saga isn’t quite done yet and there is still hope. I’m getting close to being ok with trading eury for him if we must. It would hurt, but we have enough pitching and that hole in the lineup is huge

Big game today. Normal lineup playing with sandy on the mound against gallen. Gallen is great, but our 2 best hitters are better against righties so maybe we can get enough off of him for sandy to bounce back and carry us
