If you're going by their surplus value evaluations:

    Pache/Riley - $46
    Anderson/Soroka/Wright - $34
    Waters/Contreras - $28
    Touki/Gohara/Wilson - $20
    Wentz - $6
    Allard/Muller - $4
    Everyone else - $2-4

It's easy to get Realmuto to $80 million in surplus value on both 2 and 5 year deals, his range is probably. $70-90. Conley is probably worth $10 plus if he's needed to throw in as he works for everyone.

Riley, Anderson/Soroka/Wright, and Wentz/Allard/Muller would be a good deal for Realmuto. Not really ground breaking analysis here. It would be really nice to get Contreras, but they would have to downgrade the bigger arm, or chuck in Steckenrider. Might not be the best idea.
Exactly what Miami is asking for while Atlanta is offering Riley,Soroka/Anderson,lesser prospect

Atlanta is doubtful-they moved onto OF/SP and pretty much told Miami as much

So Miami have now passed on

I can understand the Washington deal if the others were BS prospects.

It's a bit harder to pass on that Atlanta deal, but I do think there needed to be a viable 'Neidert/Guzman' arm as a third guy for it to make sense.

Ya the (More) were throw ins like Severino/Drew Ward Nothing special

Agreed with u on 3rd guy like Wentz/Mueller is needed

Should add they also passed on

            Hou-Tucker/lesser SP/prospect

They wanted Tucker/Whitley then Tucker/James OR Perez OR Martin/JB/C which led to Houston signing Chirnois

            - - - - - - - - - -

3 team deal is pretty much dead

            JA Happ signed with NYY

So, down to NYM, PHI, and SD as the major suitors?

Don’t listen to noise coming out of Atlanta or anyone saying they are not in on Realmuto. I keep telling you guys. From the beginning. Don’t let the noise distract you. The Braves want him.

                Major suitors are
                NYM/SD/Atlanta/Hou/LAD/Philly

                Issues are

                NYM-Refuse to Include Rosario
SD-They talk but havent heard any specific deals
Atlanta-Offering Riley and Soroka/Anderson while Miami wants Riley/Soroka/and another SP. They looking at SP/OF too
Hou-Offering Tucker and lesser SP while Miami wants more
LAD-We want Bellinger while they say NO and wanna trade contracts too us
Philly-We made them an offer and they said too much. Offer was Sixto,Nick Williams,Alfaro and 2 more Upper level/Top Guys

Lots of teams still in on him but all with issues

Miami is looking for exact packages from these teams and NONE of them are willing to

                - - - - - - - - - -

Houston is still the most surprising to me(like Mish said)

They are fighting over "arms" which Houston has like 6 of.

Both agree on Tucker and a C(Stassi or Stubbs) but disagree on arms(Houston-Armenteros/Javier/Solis/maybe JB)(Miami-James/Martin/Perez AND a Javier or lesser type)

No clue why they just dont do this

                Hou-JT/Straily
Mia-Tucker/Martin OR Perez/Stubbs and lesser prospect

                • The Mariners are in the market for a shortstop because they might want to have J.P. Crawford open the year in Triple-A.

Why would they want Crawford to open the year in Triple-A after trading Jean Segura for him? We're glad you asked. It's because he has exactly one year and 20 days of service time, meaning that if he spends the first month of next season in Triple-A, the Mariners would be able to push back his free agency one year. It'd be a big surprise if he doesn't spend April in the minors. The Mariners could sign a bargain shortstop -- maybe Alcides Escobar, Erick Aybar or Eric Sogard -- to fill in.
Rotoworld blurb. This warms my heart. Seattle gets it.

The Marlins can do this with 5 weeks of Brinson, 6 weeks of Anderson, BTW. I think it's easy to do with Brinson considering how much he sucked last year. Anderson would probably cause a MLBPA grievance.

No one else probably makes sense, but you can knock Richards and Riddle out of Super 2 land if you keep them down a month.

Mets haven’t given up on Realmuto but haven’t made progress on that front last 24 hours and are looking into alternative plans at the moment. Preference at catcher is to get a strong defender.

No progress meaning they still refuse to give up Rosario. I can't wait till they sign Maldonado and Mets fans cry all year. They get JT with a call saying Rosario

I like that ordering. I hope it's a compliment Devers is 10, as you'd hope Rogers and Garret would be ahead of him at minimum.

Santana has a surplus value of around $0-$10. Prado is probably a full -$15 as you can't value him at anything at this point.

So the Marlins need to send over someone in their top 6-15 prospects and 1-2 throw ins (Dugger, C. Torress) to get that done.

                      Nope. Nothing outstanding there.

Meant outstanding as in Seattle can take it whenever. Not great/outstanding at all HAHA

Miami was hoping Seattle wanted the salary relief for 2020 they aren't great prospects from what I heard(Thomas Jones type)

I think Garrett will move up once he gets a season in as for Rogers his stuff should play in Jupiter very well. Guzman will move down once he gets downgraded to closer. Holloway and Matt Givin are 2 of our likely High Risers!!!

Not a team I heard before but like what they have.
