go look at the cubs and astros farm systems in the first year they started their rebuild. My point is that you can be negative all you want, but no one is forcing him to watch or be a fan when all he does is spew negativity and it doesnt change the fact that as much as this year will be terrible the team for the first time in over a decade + this team has a defined plan that makes sense in the current state of baseball and our market size.

Altuve now isnt what anyone thought Altuve was going to be nor what he was for his first 3 major league years, and i never said our farm system was good, but its no longer ass and again, i was comparing our system to the cubs and astros when they first underwent this same exact rebuilding plan.

it's definitely still ass, and i'd bet we had better pieces to trade away at the start of these "same exact" plans than those teams did. not to mention that those teams then made major scores in the draft; we will draft cunts.

its not still ass, we had 6 or so different guys who made various top 100 lists which is a great place to start even though Brinson is the only one in the top 30 or so prospects in baseball. ya, thats the entire reason we are in a better place at the first game of the rebuild. Im not talking fire sale or your thoughts on it and i dont really care whether you believe in our ability to do it correctly, my entire post was about us being in a better place at the start of the rebuild than those teams and the fact that this franchise finally has a plan for the first time in over a decade.
