Id wait until at the very earliest spring of next year before trading Castro. He is a whatever player, and unless the money is that much of an issue, just let him stay until Diaz is 100% ready to go.

Kudos to analyst Jeff Nelson. As he pointed out, Marlin hitters were responsible for Touki's success today. He had walk-everybody stuff but Marlin hitters (Realmuto excluded) wouldn't take walks.
I look forward to automated ball/strike calls. Lopez threw three strikes to Acuna to start the game and the umpire made the count 2-1.Comment

Anderson - gonna be a non-star solid regular, nice player to have
Brinson - Shouldn't have been in the bigs to start year, looked better in June, still a lot to like
Realmuto - Fucking awesome and give him $100 million
Sierra - Bench outfielder non-building block, but Mattingly likes him and thinks he will hit
Monte - Needs to be more aggressive and stop taking "strike 1" looking, a lot to still like with tools
Cooper - Slow swing, don't know why Marlins like him, but Marlins think he will hit
Dietrich - Should be a 1B/DH/LF in AL, but is solid and surprised not traded but that's telling of his value
Devers - A non-prospect, others see him as a future potential starter
Diaz - "a poor man's Cano" and nice player, Marlins see him 2B of future
Riddle - Last man on the roster of a good team, solid D and won't ever hit much
