we are apparently 15-1 this year with soler out of the lineup?

Giants got swept by the cubs. If you thought our offense has been bad since the all star break, holy shit have they been worse. they have the lowest OPS since the break at .636 and 178 runs. The next lowest OPS is 679. We somehow have a .704 OPS in the 2nd half but just 1 more run than them.

iamondbacks are down by 2 in the 3rd, and the brewers lost. This 3rd WC spot might come down to which team can be the least bad in the next 3 weeks. it's been ugly since the all star break.

I'm glad Edwards is playing, but his on-base ability is kinda wasted hitting in front of Stallings and Wendle. I'd rather have a guy that can hit a home run hitting in front of those two.

It's not an A.J. Puk outing in the 2nd half of the season without him giving up a homer.

Going with a bullpen game when you have hoeing, Soriano, and Cabrera all on full rest when we don’t have an off day for something like two full weeks seems like a really dumb idea. Fine with an opener, a full on bullpen game seems really foolish. There’s also no need for this because of the off day Monday so everyone in the rotation would still be on full rest

Id like to see Edwards lead off and Arraez second with all the power guys behind them the rest of the year. Edwards using his speed, Arraez nailing the ball all over the field, and then some combo of bell burger jazz Sanchez and then dlc behind them. That would be fun. Reminds me of a little different Castillo and Pierre before Lee, Cabrera, Lowell, etc.
