They didnt want to tax the bullpen, and then the 3rd game after he was sent down they had a fucking bullpen day. If they were going to send him down, fine. have a plan. They had 0 plan, and it exacerbated their bullpen fatigue. They werent even planning on having cueto in the rotation. They. Had. No. Plan. That's the issue.
