They are giving everyday at bats to berti wendle segura and before today Jonathan Davis and hampson. There are enough at bats for him

As of 7-10 days ago, he passed the Super2 service time calculation and will be under 120-130 days of time by as of now, at least a week. So that financial issue is out of the question as of two series ago and they control him 2024-2029. So I'm with you, they want him getting everyday PA as they envision him 2-3 days a week on the club. Frankly, I'm pretty confident they can find him and Dane 4 starts a week with Jazz out and see if they just have something before making a trade.

Brazoban’s been pretty good imo.

I do agree though, I’d like another righty reliever.

They've all been pretty good - Floro xFIP 3.01, Brazoban 3.53, Chargois 3.95. Hoeing and Soriano are fine inventory arms. If anything, they need a right handed SP because where is Rogers, Cueto is getting shelled, Cabrera isn't that healthy and has innings issues, Eury has major inning issues, Hoeing should probably be a more short burst guy replacement, and Meyer isn't back by September.

If they do get a P, I'd make it a right handed SP and shift Eury to the bullpen. He has 30+ innings left. He'd be a real weapon throwing the 8th and they could easily build him up for 140+ innings next year and not stunt any development.

But many bats first for sure.
