I'd just move Berti 6th TBH and the other 3 are interchangeable until someone hits. This should probably be the core lineup and Sanchez is in trouble when Wendle is back.

exactly. It's going to work out to a point where they will hopefully get an extra healthy year down the line, but it's not like the guy is stashed away in jacksonville starting every 5th day. he clearly is nowhere near ready to pitch. When it gets to the point where he is pitching in minor league games, he will still likely need 4-5 rehab starts at least. The guy hasnt pitched in 3 full years.

trevor rogers has a biceps injury just like cueto. I guess it's relatively good news that it isnt the forearm or even the elbow. hopefully a few weeks of rest will be all he needs. I'd guess hoeing gets the call, but if it is going to be just a few weeks i wish it would be eury for a taste and then just delay his call up later in the year by a few weeks. They wont do it though.

Okert is back up. Id guess smeltzer gets DFA'd for Hoeing when rogers turn in the rotation comes up again. I hope it's him and not soriano who has earned his spot up here.

he reportedly through in a simulated game last week and felt good after so that's a start. supposedly he was sitting at 97 but who knows if that's accurate. i havent seen video of him throwing a pitch at more than 75% effort since the 2020 playoffs. every video is him going through the motions.

Not necessarily a random, it’s a fringe writer for fish stripes, but I haven’t seen it confirmed anywhere. It’s a good sign that sixto is throwing another inning in a simulated game this weekend as is cueto, but the fact that it is still just a single inning shows he’s nowhere close

He's been super unlucky today. His lineout in 4th and grounder in 6th both hit well with .500+ expected BA. Both higher than DLC's HR(!). Two tough outs. He smoked the single.

Good game for him, hopefully this is an indication "anything" is coming production wise.

Also a footnote, Jazz lineout was an .870 expected average. That one is tough for him.

He had 8 swings and misses., a pretty good showing. Hopefully he too has turned the corner
