Speaking of updates, is Mish still covering the Marlins? He hasn't made a post about them in like 2 weeks. I guess he hasn't posted about anything, so maybe he's got stuff going on in his personal life.

Looks like he stopped reporting about the team after Miguel Rojas destroyed his credibility on Twitter.

He went on Peter Pratt’s podcast and implied that the meeting from a few weeks ago was called by Miguel Rojas. He also said that Rojas probably doesn’t have the same impact in the clubhouse since Jeter left.

The fans on Twitter turned on Rojas for a few days because Mish led everybody to believe Rojas was the old school player who hated Jazz.

Rojas went to Twitter one night after a win in Houston and started replying to fans. A couple of the replies basically said that Mish doesn’t know anything.

Mish had become like TMZ the past couple of years. He even said in the podcast that he wasn’t covering the team like he used to, but he was still spreading rumors.

Mish also doubled down on this, for what it’s worth, and said that his reporting on the clubhouse issue was accurate. That was his last tweet about the team I think.

This is what I figured prior to the season. I’m not even factoring him in any plans, and then if he does appear, great.

Pablo Lopez is having a phenomenal year but his velocity is down by a decent amount from last year. Again I say, trade the fucking guy and get some bats and use your other team controlled arms coming through the system before he becomes the next sixto with shoulder injuries. It’s gotta be inevitable at this point, he’s going to have a major injury with the shoulder at some point and a huge asset is going to just disappear for a while. Get a huge haul of bats and show some vision

Zach Pop is a guy who should be better than he is.

Why can’t he be like our Clay Holmes? The stuff looks similar, but he’s never been able to put it together (kind of like Holmes in Pittsburgh).

Tanner Scott is an enigma.

Definitely has the stuff to be a closer/very good reliever, hopefully he continues throwing strikes like the last few times out.
