I used to like Colorado. Now I just find them annoying.

I just noticed Jay Payton is still playing ball, I saw he was called up by the Rox. He looks in top shape, as always. Everytime he gets into one he rips the cover off the ball.

Isn't this the case with everyone who has ever picked up a bat?

It's pretty rare for someone facing major league pitching for the first time in 2 years.

                            You are missing the point.

Everytime he gets into one he rips the cover off the ball.
Every time Mike Stanton gets into one he rips the cover off the ball.

Every time Emilio Bonafacio gets into one he rips the cover off the ball.

Every time Josh Johnson gets into one he rips the cover off the ball.

When someone gets "into one" they are, as you put it, ripping the cover off the ball.

                              I understand, I didn't explain myself correctly.

Really silly that MLBNetwork needed to have Barry Larkin talk about how Chipper Jones gets a runner in from 3rd with less than two outs 1,000% of the time for so long that they joined their scheduled game 2 outs into the first inning.
