If Robles is in the offer you make it work somehow. Him plus whatever else is
ENough. Can’t stress how important it is to get a guy like him in Miami."You owe it to yourself to find your own unorthodox way of succeeding, or sometimes, just surviving."

Mish now saying Washington IS offering Robles in the package for Realmuto, but not sure if Keiboom is also on the table, or if Miami would be interested. If Robles is being offered, I think you might have to pull the trigger. We're talking about a potential star.

Sources indicate the Marlins and Nationals remain in discussions in a trade for JT Realmuto. Execs from both teams together in Miami. Nats are now willing to part with Victor Robles for JT as @JonHeyman & @JoeFrisaro noted. (1/2)Craig Mish

What remains unclear is will Robles + Carter Kieboom be offered for Realmuto. In addition it’s unclear if that is enough for the Marlins. May take a Robles + 2 others (not Kieboom) to complete a deal by Tuesday.

If JT goes and the Cubs really interested in barraclough abpckage with Amaya would be nice. Not 100% sure on his bat but he’s been pretty good this year and defensively he’s apparently really good. And they have Contreras for the foreseeable future so they might put him in play."You owe it to yourself to find your own unorthodox way of succeeding, or sometimes, just surviving."

Im not sure how you can call something a borderline travesty if the marlins dont do something that isnt 100% in their control. This isnt the draft. IF they go out and offer as much as they possibly could to the kid and he chooses a different team for whatever reason im not sure how you can blame the team. Also, Victor's twitter likes really have me thinking he will sign here if the money is remotely close. Obviously it could mean nothing, but there are a lot of marlins twitter likes and not much if any from other teams.

Dont think they will, but if you can get kieboom AND Robles + another prospect in a deal.... I really think hard about that one. I gotta think we can get the nats desperate in these days leading up to the deadline. I have no idea what that team needs though and why its so damn mediocre.

Loving the report Robles is on the table.
Robles plus 2 other half decent prospects probably gets it done, but getting Kieboom too would be a heist.
This is where you chuck in Barraclough, get both of them plus some lottery tickets, and pray to god you can beat the Nationals in 3 years.

Another blown save for Barraclough."You owe it to yourself to find your own unorthodox way of succeeding, or sometimes, just surviving."

No question whether Bryce Harper wants the Nats to get JT. I wonder if trying to appease him to keep him in DC will play into their decision at all.

Bryce Harper on J.T. Realmuto’s walk-off single: “If that guy was on our side, that wouldn’t have happened.”

Marlins are holding out for Robles AND Kieboom Brothers(99.999% Carter) for JT
So offer is ON the table but Miami wants more. Even if they get more it doesn't mean they will take it

NYY made a trade last night for 1 million so they could sign the "Other" Cuban P-Osiel

The JT talks will come down to 4PM but watch what Miami gets in other deals. If they get a Will Smith/Ruiz/Amaya or another high end C(Varsho) in a trade it could mean JT is traded to Washington
Texas is the main competiton for our RP. LAD,Arizona,Philly,Pitt,Atlanta are looking at their RP as well as ours

Pretty interesting point was made to me this morning from a source. If Harper leaves, Robles off the table to Miami this winter. If J.T. then declines an extension this may be the best offer (and player) Miami will have on the table for him.
