So before any more deals- here is what we have long term at each position

C- Ramirez and Mack with banfield as a jeff mathis type
1b- DLS, Martorella, Berry,
2b- Serna
SS- Edwards
3b- Burger i guess for now
LF- Norby and Morlando far away
CF- Stowers and marsee and VMJR and head far away
RF- Sanchez and Alderman further away

Not nearly as bad as it was previously. I'm glad we have good baseball players now as opposed to the jeter method of just good athletes who cant play baseball

Mish says Scott will get traded (obviously), and that they’re looking at DLC trades. You’d also hope that more RPs get sold.

Cardinals are dangling dylan carlson in hopes of getting another reliever. hasnt lived up to expectations but why not see if you can strike lightning with a guy who is talented. For a reliever?

An interesting footnote to Norby is how well he hits LHP. This is a team that needs that pretty badly.

That’s the first disappointing one for me. One would think if you paid his salary, you could have gotten something. But the hope would be that there wasn’t anything out there, and they’ll use the savings in the future.

Even eating his salary, Bell didn't have much value.
