Joey wendle is so bad. He cannot possibly continue to be the starter. His bat is completely useless.

9-16 last 25, this better be a significant series of upgrades or why the hell did the even trade for Robertson.
The silver lining to the schedule is they get the Nationals, Pirates, and Mets 16 more times. They are going to need to win like all of those.

i really dont see the need to give up assets to get a SP. just fucking bring eury up and let the rotation go the rest of the year. That would be 6 starters not even including Cabrera who should be sent down today for Nardi. Sandy, Luzardo, Garrett, Eury, Cueto. Obviously they could use 1 more innings eating guy, but the priority needs to be adding 1-2 more bullpen arms and 2-3 bats. They shouldnt be wasting resources on another depth SP unless the cost is very cheap. This lineup needs to change. Way too many guys who not only stink but are old and without hope of getting better. Stallings, Cooper, Wendle, and to an extent Segura need to go. We cannot continue to trot out lineups every single night with DLC. Cooper, Berti, Wendle, Stallings, Fortes, Segura. You can never score runs consistently with 5-7 guys in the lineup every night who flat out cant hit. Go get some actual fucking controllable talent. At least even if they struggle it will be more fun to watch. Our current lineup has absolutely 0 punch to it. Watching us vs watching the braves lineup is obviously an extreme difference, but it's like watching a major league team vs a rookie ball team.

i dont get the lack of a move for candelario if that's all that cost. They better have a big move or 2 in their bag for today or else this is inexcusable. You cannot continue with this lineup. There needs to be a major overhaul today. Not this offseason. Today.

jazz has missed 61 games and he is 4th on the team in homers and first in steals. It's great that they got arraez, but this lineup needs pop so badly. After jazz at 4th in hr's, we dont have a single other player with more than 4 hr's. Every braves player with over 75 ab's this year by comparison has at least 6 homers, and they have 10 guys with 9 or more home runs.

1) bats
2) RP
3) SP (and SP can obviously indirectly help RP because better starts means less bullpen usage).

If they dont make a move today though, that is a fireable offense. They have 8.5 hours.
The real fault is not doing enough in the offseason, when there was clearly many holes....and worse, the same holes they had last year.
