Also there is a report that LAA wants a LOOGY bad and are willing to do a Bourjos for LOOGY and replacement OF. Only issue is it seems they want a younger one but I would be calling and asking Choate and Cousins or Peterson for him right now!!!

I am not saying that is the deal those are a few names that were discussed. I know 1 thing tho no way in hell that they give up Machado for just Hanley and his contract

Just got word Oakland IS willing to spend if they can get Hanley. So we could have a bidding war between Oakland and Baltimore

Only 1 issue-if we do start asking for to much there is a guy in SD that both teams want who is younger and cheaper. SD is asking for wayyy to much tho which is why both teams are on Hanley

I don't know who the "few pitchers" would be, but the names listed kinda suck. If the best player we get in return for Hanley is Xavier Avery, I'm going to be upset; I'm guessing the entire board except tr305 would agree with me on that, as well.

Xavier Avery does seem like a 'Beinfestball' (props to whoever coined that word yesterday) kind of player though and that has me worried. You gotta do whatever it takes to get Machado if you are dealing with the Orioles.
