I'm almost certain. You're on the disabled list, so you were on the active 25-man roster getting paid the $400,000 before you were hurt. They can't send a player down in spring training knowing a player is hurt.

He was never on the 25-man roster, you can't be paid the MLB minimum if you aren't in the Majors

But he's on the 40. The Marlins, at the end of Spring training will place him on the DL. He will be apart of the 25-man roster, but on the disabled list.
