just FWIW because I remembered that last year lots of people were pissed at Maybin's success, etc.:

.212/.287/.309, good for a .596 OPS

and that's WITH a recent hot streak. he was batting .198 as recently as June 28th.

if he were doing that with us people would be campaigning even harder to fire beinfest
