I hope it’s Riley Green or Andrew Vaughn

Doubt Greene as Connor Scott is carbon copy and I like Vaughn but is 1B/DH type who fits perfect in AL and 1-3 is ALL AL teams so likely off board

I think Rutschman or Langeliers are still perfect. 1A and 1B right there. In an ideal world, maybe Stinson shows he can be a high-end lefty SP and Vaughn keeps bashing, and it's a can't miss 1-4 fast moving college prospects that all fit in. I don't think Alfaro changes anything with needing more catchers. I see the FA SS coming next few years and that's where they should spend money.

Rutschman is likely gone before #4 and 2020 draft(90% we have a Top 3 Pick is so college arm heavy its crazy)we could get a better SP than now. Stuff will start trickling out soon but from what has been mentioned so far is Abrams/Witt is likely option. They want that 5 Tool Guy in the system 8 of Top 10 guys in next year's draft is SP or C

Will change ALOT but right now 2020 draft looks like this

          1 Cole Wilcox College SP
          2 Emerson Hancock College SP
          3 Patrick Bailey College C
          4 Mick Abel HS SP

          with Jack Leftwich/Tanner Burns/CJ Van Eyk/Asa Lacy(All College SP) in Top 10

Get that 5 Tool Guy this year and next year get a better SP or the C. I agree I don't think Alfaro changes anything however the FO loves Will Banfield as the C of the Future. Better option might be Tyler Callihan in 2nd/3rd Rd

Baylor catcher Shea Langeliers, a Preseason All-American and No. 6 on the Top 200 Draft Prospects list, is out for the next few weeks after breaking his hamate.
Tough blow on Opening Weekend for the No. 16 Bears. @KendallRogers had first

Let’s keep an eye on Kameron Misner. He’s apparently a guy that’s going to shoot way up draft boards if he performs as expected.

Nice bat but unless something crazy happens Miami is on CJ Abrams or Bobby Witt Jr. Could be a possible for other 2 Day 1 picks

                BA Mock(Spoiler we getting Abrams)

If Witt is available at 4 it’s because KC took Misner at 2. I really hope they don’t take Adams. He’s gonna pretty much end up being Nick Gordon.

                    From Fangraphs

                    2. C.J. Abrams, SS, Blessed Trinity HS (GA)

The next couple players behind Rutschman are still pretty tightly packed, but Abrams looks stronger (55 present raw power) and is still a 70 runner, though scouts are still split on his best long-term positional fit. He appears to be solidly in every club’s top five, and is now the industry consensus for the Royals at pick number two.

                    1 Balt-Rutschman
                    2 KC-Abrams
                    3 CWS-?

Vaughn is perfect fit for AL as 1B/DH but I would take Andrew Vaughn OR Witt Jr at #4

Vaughn-Goldy lite with less power. 1B only but could move quickly and be up 2021
Witt Jr-5 tool but iffy contact. Can stick at SS

Could come down to asking price if BOTH on board,we want to maximize our draft pool so if Witt Jr asks for above slot might pass?

                    He is shooting up

                    9. Kameron Misner, RF, Missouri
We had Misner in a “wait and see” bucket after he skipped the summer, and the early returns are very positive. Scouts who generally hadn’t seen him other than in scrimmage looks in the fall are dropping 70 raw power grades on him, and think he’ll work his way into the conversation for the best college bat behind Rutschman, with some clubs in the top 10 rumored to have him on their shortlist already, including the White Sox at three.

                      Still looking like its

                      Balt-Adley
                      KC-Abrams
                      CWS-?
                      Miami-Witt/Vaughn

Miami likes them both alot. Could come down to $ and when I say $ its NOT we won't pay but they would like to save more for later in the draft to take BPA.

Witt is 5 tool SS(who can stick at the spot). He is OLDER than Osiris but if we take him OJ probably moves to 2B or CF and Witt slots in with talent in Clinton
Vaughn is Best Bat in the draft. Stuck at 1B and is 5'11 200. But we have an opening at 1B right now(Pompey?) so he could move very quickly. Possible Jax by 2020

WIN/WIN situation for us which probably means we will end up taking a HS P

Reports that Abrams hitting with power. So yeah I think we’ll end up happy with whoever they take. Abrams/Witt/Vaughn. Part of me prefers Vaughn because the team lacks a big time hitter and he will move fast. But Abrams/Witt could end up being best players in this draft class.

Yep which is why he is likely to KC(right now). Top 4 are Adley,Abrams,Witt,Vaughn and like u I would be happy with ANY of the 4. Only negative about Vaughn is he is 1B only and while we don't have a 1B which means Vaughn could be in Jax in 2020 its the easiest spot to fill. I would like to see what they do with Pompey(reports are he is gonna play 1B in Jupiter) because Witt/Abrams is the type of guy the system needs(5 Tool SS)

                            Jim Callis
                            ‏Verified account @jimcallisMLB

Calif HS LHP/1B Spencer Jones, top two-way prospect in 2019 @MLBDraft, had surgery today to fix a small fracture in his throwing elbow. Will miss rest of spring, back this summer. Plus raw power & speed, 88-92 mph in last outing. Still could factor in early rounds.

I would jump all over him if he is there in Rd 3. Some projected us to take him in Rd 2(with an overpay) but with the injury maybe he falls some? 6'7 205(Sean Reynolds type) Vandy Commit and turns 18 in May. Power bat 1B and solid on mound

Talk is CWS are going college bat. Means we could be having Witt OR Abrams sitting at #4 depending what KC does

                            #4-Witt OR Abrams
                            #35-College Guy SS(Greg Jones/Logan Davidson/Shewmake) or SP(Zack Thompson,Erik Miller,Carter Stewart,Stinson)
                            #46-BPA HS Bat Rece Hinds,Brooks Lee,Tyler Callihan,Tre Fletcher

Rd 3-Spencer Jones? or Day 1 guy who is a hard sign BUT we worked a deal out with
