That was probably the toughest decision to try to get my roster down to 25. The hitters were pretty easy, actually. I just had problems cutting my pitching down so I went with 13 pitchers for a while. Some guys are getting the benefit of the doubt because of last year. I'm going to put the pressure on my prime hitters and the pitchers this season.

Smolts and Maddux were trash in Spring Training, so Kelvim Escobar pitches his way into the rotation with Maddux in relief.

I'm feeling pretty good about my team with some good platoon options and what should be strong pitching top down.

Well, I think I speak for the majority when I say we'd also like active members of the SFM community, too. Mercenary owners are cool, but I'd prefer to have people to interact with regularly, too.

Unfortunately, I'm strongly considering contraction for next season.
