Should be nice to get Straily back but id imagine he's not gonna be 100% back tonight just because his rehab outings havent been as sharp as Chen's were. So i bet on the phils tonight with arrieta on the mound. So naturally marlins win win big.Comment

I was wrong about him in the OF, kid's a natural. If we're able to deal Castro or Prado, I'd probably think about sticking Dietrich at 3rd and Anderson in LF, that's probably a much better defensive combination.Comment

Also, my thought on the lineup are somewhat coming to fruition. We have almost no power, but we have a good lineup OBP wise and no real holes if Brinson ever hits to his capabilities.
Rotation is also pretty average as currently construced.Comment

He seems very comfortable. He's made quite a few nice plays cutting the ball off to keep the ball from getting to the wall.

i didnt think he'd be a liability. He looks like he has decent athleticism and he played some OF in college apparently. dietrich has been bad out there though. Castro hasnt hit for power to his capabilities yet but he's also been really good with the bat. all in all, this team is not as bad as people made them out to be when all their pieces are healthy.

Anderson is a natural in the OF. Brinson is at least making more contact and moving runners over.
I had this feeling that Straily wasn't going to be so good today. He wasn't really sharp in his rehab outings.
Everyone is talking about how JT Riddle should be back in Cincinnati, but who would lose the spot in the infield? Rojas? It doesn't make any sense to have him as an utility IF. He's been playing amazing defense and batting well.Comment

Riddle should be in AAA the entire year playing a different position every night. That's the only way he's going to stick in the majors is as a utility man.Comment
