Ya right. But I think paying JT and then seeing the continued development from prospects like we've seen thus far this month will eventually let the hostility subside eventually. Probably will take until next year though. We seem to have rebuild the depth in the system very well though since last years draft. Really fucking annoying though that Loria's dumbass couldnt see the need for organizational depth despite years upon years of entire seasons being ruined based on 1-2 key injuries.

They want him as a SP however no space and he needs to stay up on ML team for 90 Days. Will be in the Tyler Cloyd/Jacob Turner role-pitch ONLY when needed

See him as a ML pitcher in 2020 so would really like to keep him. Likely pitches in AAA in 2019 if he sticks. Even if he sucks and has a 7+ERA he likely sticks because its about 2020 not now

I'd give it until the winter. How he feels about playing here may change by then. If not, get a huge haul at the winter meetings.

ive been saying deadline at the latest, but i wouldnt mind waiting till the winter meetings now and just hoping he sees progress from young players that we've acquired and likes that we are actually starting to build an organizational culture that isnt just us being a clown show like we have been under loria.

They can wait till Winter Meetings and still get max value.Could see a NY Mets or Toronto(if still contending around deadline) offer what we want but Washington/Houston/Arizona likely would wait

A lot can happen. Member when The Mets staff was supposed to dominate for years. Harvey is trash now. The other guys are good but not dominate.
