Interesting factoid:

Only 6 teams have had less out of zone pitches called strikes (when on defense) than the Marlins.

The Giants have had 132 more out of zone pitches called strikes than the Marlins.

Puk did throw 20 pitches yesterday, but he struck out all 4 guys he faced and hadn’t thrown since Wednesday and before that it had been last Friday. He should be fine to get the 8th

The way they have used puk sparingly all year but will toss Brazoban until his arm falls off all year is maddening. The guy almost never pitches and can never pitch a back to back?
