mattingly is not going to last this season and he shouldn't have been extended after last year. just stupid. he's a rebuilding manager. he's a terrible actual manager if you're focused on winning games. he's been this way his entire time here. just terrible.

the lineup needs to be adjusted. Soler needs to not be leading off. Give me wendle there. And even though jazz has a low OBP he needs to be getting ab's at the top of the order. he's too dynamic and the offense is too limited elsewhere to try to use him as the bottom of the order spark plug type. Good to see jesus sanchez breaking out. He is our best bat. Lineup should be Wendle, Jazz, Soler, Sanchez, Aguilar, Cooper, Garcia, Stallings, Rojas

Avisail Garcia was a terrible signing, and it was clear when they actually signed him. just stupid money for a small market team for a guy with such a spotty track record.

Also, whenever Cabrera is back and ready after a few minor league starts post injury/soreness/whatever he has going on, he should be in the rotation and elieser hernandez should be a solid multi inning reliever.

It's also fitting that the two guys who crushed homers last night were marsh and adell, the 2 guys they should have been targeting and could have gotten for a haul of prospects that wouldn't have done much to crush the pitching depth we have. Pablo for either one of them made a ton of sense for both sides. Also Buxton is going to win AL MVP and that is an actual superstar I would have given our entire farm system to acquire and extend.

The lineup tonight Is just a clusterfuck. Mattingly just has to go. Because it’s baseball they will probably score a bunch of runs though

The lineup definitely seems like it was picked out of a hat. The Ks are out of control. The way this team was assembled makes no sense.
