That's pretty good with Rogers and Jazz having positive rookie years, and Sanchez may also be positive with a good last month.
MLB Pipeline's complete Top 10:
SS Khalil Watson: Marlins No. 1, No. 28 overall
RHP Edward Cabrera: Marlins No. 2, No. 30 overall
RHP Max Meyer: Marlins No. 3, No. 31 overall
RHP Sixto Sanchez: Marlins No. 4, No. 45 overall
OF JJ Bleday: Marlins No. 5, No. 77 overall
LHP Jake Eder: Marlins No. 6, No. 82 overall
OF Jesus Sanchez: Marlins No. 7, No. 91 overall
RHP Eury Perez: Marlins No. 8
C Joe Mack: Marlins No. 9
LHP Dax Fulton: Marlins No. 10
My thoughts: Replace Mack with Burdick. I'd have Bleday a little lower. I wouldn't immediately put Watson at #1. Jose Salas probably needs to be on there, although it'd be tough to take out Fulton. Depending on how he does at Beloit, I could have Perez as high as #1 by the end of the year.
Trade values of Marlins players, as computed by the Baseball Trade Values website, yields some interesting insights. The top guys are T Rogers at $88M, Lopez at 87.2, and Alcantara at $61.9. The projections are based on age, performance, and contract/years of control. Interestingly, S Sanchez still holds a value or $56M. Others: Jazz $47.1; Meyer 29.3; Luzardo $23; Eder $14; Elieser $12.7; E Cabrera $12.1; Perez 10.3. No one will agree with all of that, or even most of it maybe, but it's interesting nonetheless.

Thanks
Perez is too young to touch the top 4 there IMO, but you can make an argument starting at 5 for sure. Another 100+ innings and the sky could be the limit

I think it's close. I think it's something like this:
Tier I - Rogers
Tier II - Sandy, Pablo
Tier III - Jazz, Sixto, Cabrera, Meyer
Tier IV - Watson, Bleday, Anderson
Tier V - Sanchez, Luzardo, Eder, Perez, Hernandez
Tier VI - Thompson, Rojas, Bender, Floro, clump of projectable prospects top 8-15 range - Mack, Fulton, Burdick, L. Diaz, Salas, etc. (no order here), Cooper, dare I say the new and improved .775+ OPS Brinson for 3 years of control here
Tier VII - Minimal and throw-in value. Maybe I missed someone.
Plenty of arm talent here for a longterm rotation right now, as this doesn't even include guys like Poteet, Neidert, Garrett, etc. who could turn themselves into something, or the next wave of prospects like McAmbley, and longterm bets with Fulton, Perez, etc. If those guys are your 9-11 SP next year, that's pretty damn good.
A lot more scouting pedigree, as well as safety in bats moving levels. I think I'd put him ahead of Sanchez today (prolific SP versus corner bashing OF, you go with the pitcher), but I think he needs more time in the system to move up and see where the growth spurt lands. But what another scouting win for them if they plucked Eury and Eder for cheap? Eventually they'll have to have this luck with a bat somewhere?

And just to be clear, I think 7 or 8 is appropriate at this moment. I’m just saying, I think if he starts dominating high A as well as a teenager you have to start viewing him as one of our best prospects if not the best.
Another name to watch by the end of the year, possible Top 10 candidate is Kyle Nicolas. They've clearly corrected something, because he's been a completely different pitcher at AA. Actually both him and MD Johnson known for big arms, but subpar control, both looking great after they moved up a level. Somebody who's working with pitchers in the minor leagues for us is doing something right. In fact I think Eder was known subpar command in college as well. Which makes me more baffled as to why we're keeping Luzardo up at the big leagues. Get him down in the minors and get him the Johnson/Nicolas/Eder treatment.
I know I’m in the minority but I’m not at all comfortable being in what, year 4 of the “build”, and we don’t have a Top 25 prospect.
It's semantics as we are then thrilled to have 3 of top 31. As well as Rogers (big time) and Jazz look like keepers, and Sandy/Pablo/Anderson are good long-term pieces. Remember, their highest ranked pitching prospects at all times during this process are Sixto, Meyer, and Cabrera. Rogers, Sandy, and Pablo never got to the top 30s I don't believe. The best guys aren't even here yet.
They are in good shape with high end longterm talent. They just need 3 bats ASAP.
