we dont deserve this game but this would be an enormous game to steal and it would essentially guarantee the 2nd spot in the division with us having the tie breaker with the phillies and up 2 full games on them. lets go jesus, run into one.

Why didn't Miami deserve this game? Atlanta scored four times in the first without deserving anything. They barely hit the ball out of the infield. Infield bleeders and a blown double play by Rojas.

Rogers has a bright future.

marlins blew several opportunities to add on and they failed. they got unlucky in the 8th and that should have scored at least 2 but mattingly put them in a worse position to win that game than they needed to by hitting joyce 4th yet again. it was an entertaining game but they had several opportunities to score more runs and they blew it numerous times

bryse wilson is apparently the replacement for hamels tonight. 34.2 career innings and he has a 7.01 ERA, 1.90 WHIP, and a 28/22 K/BB ratio. we need to tee off on him early and we need at least 5-6 innings of 3 ER or less from Urena.

Really frustrating game last night. Such a bonehead move by Harrison. Dude is fast, he can score on any hit from second.

Rogers just need to stop nibbling at the corners and attack more. Our defense is not really good this year if you add up Dickerson, Joyce etc.

Probably the only 1B that makes that play is Freeman.

Never thought I would ask for Brinson to pinch hit for someone... that happend yesterday and he didn't disappoint.

phillies down 5-1 in game 1 of a double header. they had the huge pitching advantage with nola going in game 1 against Voth. A nats win in game 1 would be huge. A nats sweep would pretty much seal it for us with a win for us tonight.

nationals win game 1 and up 6-3 in game 2 in the 5th. if they win our magic number gets down to 3, and if we win as well goes down to 2, gives us a 2.5 game lead with the tie breaker, and all but assures we will make the playoffs with our 3 best pitchers going the next 3 games.

urena is awful. i dont want to see anyone pitching in the playoffs other than sixto, sandy, pablo, and then our bullpen only throwing hoyt, vincent, kintzler, boxburger, bleier, and yimi. no excuse to be throwing anyone else.
