Bobbob, you like stats. Check this out. Volstad's ERA over his last 7 starts; 3.13. He's not allowed more than 4 ER since he returned from AAA. He's been lowering his ERA every start since August 19. How come everyone is sucking Javy's dick for turning around his season and totally ignoring the fact that Volstad did the exact same thing; it just took him a little longer?

Comparing Volstad's 7 pretty good starts to what Javy has done over the last 4 months is classic Mibs. He did this last season; excuse everyone in the fucking world for not being tricked by it again.

We are 5th to last in NL starting pitcher ERA. Javy is retiring. Volstad is going to start making money. JJ is incapable of staying healthy.

If you can't see why we need to focus on pitching in the offseason, well then you are who we thought you are.
