Last One Out Turn Off the Lights: Marlins VS Nationals | Joe Robbie Stadium
I enjoyed the old "not like he's the only one who's done it" defense of "Leo Nunez" right there from Rich and Frank (who has been light years better than Tommy imo).
We need two starting pitchers. I know you think we have one of them, but we dont.
So that's also an issue.
Bobbob, you like stats. Check this out. Volstad's ERA over his last 7 starts; 3.13. He's not allowed more than 4 ER since he returned from AAA. He's been lowering his ERA every start since August 19. How come everyone is sucking Javy's dick for turning around his season and totally ignoring the fact that Volstad did the exact same thing; it just took him a little longer?

Being pretty solid for 7 starts does not equal being pretty much the best pitcher in the National League for 19 starts.

The best part is that I know even if Volstad had only been decent for one start, if it was his last start of the season, mibs would say he turned his season around just like Javy
