    • @DKnobler: Angels are very likely to trade one of the outfielders (Bourjos, Trumbo) for a pitcher. Could be either one, depending on the return.

      • @JonHeymanCBS: #angels looking to trade an OF for a SP (not shock there). Trumbo seems less available than bourjos.

        • They were looking for a LOOGY for him but they signed Burnett so no need for that anymore

Offer Nolasco maybe they bite LOL

          • What if we trade Nolasco and a reliever to LAA for Bourjos and them flip him to DET for Porcello?

According to reports, Dickey could be out and it seems as if TOR is the likeliest destination. One less suitor for Bourjos, one more pitcher off the board.

            • Since we're throwing out shit that would never happen, what if we trade Nolasco and a reliever to WAS for Bryce Harper?

              • Why don't we just trade Nolasco for a PTBNL

                • @MartinoNYDN: Really believe Toronto is strong frontrunner, but can report Texas has indicated will trade Olt and RHP Cody Buckel for Dickey.

Wow, that's a nice package for a 38 year old starting pitcher.

In knuckleball years that is 32

                      • Looks like Toronto really wants the Dickey.

                        • LAA wouldn't want Nolasco-just a joke

Not sure if Texas offered that however if it is just shows how much Texas wants to get a some vets.

Miami wanted Olt/Buckel/Grimm,Font,Garcia for JJ and got a NO. While I like RA Dickey and ya he has alot of arm left for a knuckleballer,I would rather have Johnson for that price.

But Toronto has a real advantage, they can offer d'Arnaud OR Arencibia/Gose. NYM needs a catcher bad.

age means nothing to a knuckle baller

also, he's a starting pitcher that just won the Cy Young and is making a mere $5mil

                            • Yeah. Because of the salary, Dickey's getting a huge haul.

Actually, I just saw that Toronto is throwing D'Arnaud, Syndegaard, Buck, and a prospect to the Mets for Dickey, Thole, and a prospect. So there ya go.
