8/28 Standings
NL East
NL Wild Card
Two observations:
Tonight's Games
COL (Jimenez) vs NYM (Perez)
LAD (Wolf) vs STL (Carpenter) [ESPN]
WSH (Stammen) vs MIL (Suppan)
HOU (Rodriguez) vs CHC (Zambrano)
PIT (Maholm) vs SFG (Lincecum)
Wild Card leaders go on the road to Citi Field (here's hoping that the Mets help us out), but St. Louis and San Francisco both have strong pitchers for them at home. Here's hoping the Brew Crew and Astros drop past the five game threshold by Friday and dump players.

- I suck at converting tables to here
- After a 5-1 road trip, we now only have three teams ahead of us. We definitely have to think the team has impressed enough to warrant significant overtures at adding bats
