Seriously, I've been around for all my picks and I don't whine or bitch about people not picking during their time frame because people have shit to do and this isn't a life or death situation. Sure I would like it to get done but I understand people have more important things to attend to that affect their ability of picking. Why don't you just send in your list and be done with it. It isn't that difficult to make one list and send them both to swift and PGW.

I didnt get my 1st round pick, most important one. It was autoed because I was 5 minutes late. you dont see me bitching dude. Calm down it is a game, fake little bits of information, something to do to have fun when you want to forget about the rest of life for a bit. Calm down

iPhone FTW! I keep a current draft list in the notes section of my phone so my draft list is always with me wherever I go. This, along with sending lists when I'm not sure if I'll be on (like today) have allowed me to not miss a pick. Or, at least, not get someone I don't want.

Just an FYI, I thought I mentioned this before, but if a player is injured, after the draft, I'll clear all injuries

I just went through everyone's organizations and set all pitching staffs to "Strict 5 man rotations"

Do not change this.

We use ghost players to fill in the gaps in the minors, so it's not like you're going to go without a starter... this just prevents a pitcher from somehow going for 300 IP in a season, as has happened in TBBC.

Well, anyone can change whatever they wish with their team, but one of the major wrinkles is with the pitching staff.

There are two options:
Start highest rested starter

and

Strict order

Starting the highest rested starter can work out great if you have a true workhorse (like Roy Halladay) so he'll end up giving you 40ish starts a season and you don't have to worry about a lesser starter potentially hurting you. HOWEVER, the caveat here (aside from injury, of course) is that the highest rested starter doesn't always mean your highest rested starter in priority of quality (as in, if you have a workhorse 4, he'll get more starts than your #1 no matter what). Really, there's no good reason to use highest rested starter unless you have what amounts to 3 Halladay's on your staff.

Strict order is exactly what it sounds like 1-5 (or 1- however many starters you're going to use in your rotation).

Also, if you decide to deviate from a 5 man rotation, please make sure that your rotation is set to a 2, 3, 4 or 6 man rotation in the bottom corner of your set pitching staff screen.
