It's best to send this list to both PWG and Swift. That way, you're 100% covered.

You know, when you make the time to be here for a draft--you kind of expect everyone else to show up too for their pick. I sent a list. I'll find out who I get at midnight.

The next time this happens, can I just go ahead and make my pick. Its the same time rule the NFL has for their picks. You pick by the specified time, or the next team can pick and you make your pick whenever you feel like it. It happened to the Vikings in the 2005 draft I believe.
There should be a punishment for not making your picks by the specified time.
