With baseball right around the corner I figured this could be something interesting to get a discussion people's thoughts on what they consider the top line ups and rotations in baseball and, more specifically, in their respective league. They can be more subjective than anything else unless you want to include projections from various sources that just recently released some of that stuff.

Best rotation in baseball goes to the Rays, IMO. Especially if Price gets his head out of his ass and the Rays sack up and let Matt Moore start.

I haven't done a list yet, but I think they definitely have the best pitching. At least in terms of starters. There should probably be a category for bullpens, as well.

I doubt this is their contention but I am very dubious about park adjusted figures. Park factors, as most commonly calculated, are mathematically flawed.Last edited by CrimsonCane; 02-11-2012, 02:17 AM.
