Yep... and the fact that we didn't re-sign Miguel Cabrera, Beckett (and Hammer) is bugging me like no other at this point.

I hear you and understand what you're saying about 'rooting' for them. Like I mentioned in the Reyes thread, I much prefer the Rays style of doing baseball business than what we are doing right now. I mean why didn't we spend any money on even this last draft if we suddenly can buy an aging player that cost half our ballpark?
