      • God damn now Anderson barely missed a grand slam too. 6-4 now, though.

Dodgers could use a Sergio Romo-type.

Same but this is what the FO will have to decide IF they think he can stick at SS they probably take him otherwise likely a pass

We have a draft pool every year-more picks u have means the more cash u have. If u sign Didi and Ozuna we would lose 2 picks OR about 1.5-2 million dollars and probably can't afford to draft BPA types

Now if u try to save some cash on #1 Pick by taking a JT Ginn or 2nd Tier P for 6 Million instead of 7.5 million+ u can use that 1.5 million on a 5th Rd Pick or 30th Rd Pick who might have fallen because of cost

Guys who can play all over the field are valued especially highly these days. I'd take Martin right now ... just a really good competitor/ballplayer.

That is a name I didn't expect to ever hear again. Just a randomly productive 100 at bats in his age 31 season.

                • Austin Nola has an .897 OPS for Seattle. Mark Canha a .921 for Oakland. We shouldn't start guys until they're close to 30.

Austin Nola never hit which is why he tried to C. Canha we lost in Rule 5-we have lost ALOT of bench guys over the years

Less than 10 days until we get rid of some of the vets and get to see the new guys

Top 3 is looking good and #1 still in play for us

Baltimore plays 20 games vs Det/Toronto/KC
KC plays 19 games vs Det/Balt/Toronto/Mia
Miami plays 3 games vs KC

                    • Anyone here want's to play pickup baseball on Sunday mornings? I play with a group of guys, all ages, skills. It's pretty fun. We play at 10 AM when the marlins are not in town. If anyone is interested let me know. We play in Sunrise. 90% of our guys are Marlins ticket season holders. Bring your kids, grandkids, dad, brother etc.

I mean we knew that before today, and also because he hits arbitration first

                            Urena, Caleb, Pablo, Sandy, Gallen
                            Anderson, Steckenrider, Richards, Elisier, Brice
                            Garcia, Conley, Quijada

40 man - Yamamoto, Brigham, and likely 2 more relievers, ideally lefties for Castro/Romo/Walker, able to be called up immediately, or replace any of the above

Post super-2 - Neidert, Guzman, Sixto, Holloway, and Dugger

It's an easy depth chart that writes itself.

If Marlins lower price a little it will be Trevor Richards: traded at deadline

Have gotten alot of offers on Richards and Caleb. They really dont wanna trade Caleb and keep trying on Richards-issue is teams dont wanna pay same for Richards as they would Caleb

Toronto and Arizona is holding up the market right now. They are talking to lots of teams-when they get settled stuff will start moving

Move him to the bullpen. Trading him for likely nothing of significance rather than moving him to the bullpen where his repertoire would work really well would be pretty stupid
