As a 26 yr old. He is solid minor league depth but no reason he should be on 40 man.

U are right Needy as a 26 yr old who looked good in AA 3 years ago looked ALOT better than 22 yr old Elieser Hernandez in High A ball LY. U should have seen how good I looked at 18 when I was pitching to the Junior League All Stars made up of 14 yr olds.

Good series split against an excellent team. Peters was solid today and the bullpen is impressive. Going Steckenrider, Guerrero, Barraclough is better than lists of other teams. It’ll be even nicer when Wittgren returns.

My guess is the Severino gets DFA’d for Richards. He was probably only here because he’s lefty and we needed an emergency arm today.

What would you like as a realistic trade package for Realmuto? My wish list is SS C. Kieboom, OF Daniel Johnson and C Raudy Read (presently suspended).

Realistic packages are

Soto,Severino and mid level arm(3 for 1)
Kieboom,Severino,Fedde OR Crowe,Garcia OR Antuna and a mid level prospect(5 for 1)

It doesnt matter right now because JT is hurt BUT if Wieters is out for months(no clue what is wrong with him) Washington will be desperate which means they might up the offer

I am fine with Kieboom,Crowe,Luis Garcia,Daniel Johnson and Severino BUT think the Marlins still will want a Juan Soto,Jackson Tetreault,Severino package especially if Washington becomes desperate

I am in the camp of getting as much talent and depth as possible for 2020 which means rather have 4 good prospects who could become ML players instead of 1 possible star

Psyched for Richards' first start tonight. Undrafted guy makes good - my kind of story. He's a lot like the good Dan Straily, a plus pitcher w/o a single plus pitch.
