We have come back all year. You don’t fucking throw in the towel in a playoff game. They are on 2 full days rest. It is complete mismanagement. The entire 9th inning changes without that run in there. It’s the fucking playoffs, enough with the bullshit babying of the arms. You go down with your best guys. Optimistically, Garrett, Cabrera, Scott, Nardi, Robertson, and Puk pitch the next 18 innings here on out. That should be doable.

Jazz was a complete disaster all game. He didn’t run out what could have been an infield hit in his first playoff at bat. Then he goes 0-2 bunting with two fucking outs, then he overthrows the god damn cut off man again and got lucky to throw that guy out at the plate, then watches strike 3 in a crucial spot, then down 3, kimbrel a little shaky with a guy on 2nd and a 2-0 count, he swings at garbage and pops up. Just fucking awful from start to finish

There’s not going to be a fucking game 3 if you don’t win 1 of the first two games. And game 3 is your worst possible chance to win a game in this series with Cabrera on the mound. You don’t play for tomorrow in a close game in a short playoff series. It’s absurd

not to mention the absurd fact that he was a hit away from allowing wendle to hit with 2 outs in the bottom of
the 9th in a playoff game. Skip was terrible tonight. There is 0 excuse for going to your b bullpen in game 1 of a winnable game. He pitched the 3 worst arms we have in our bullpen and didn’t pitch the 3 best ones in game 1 of a 3 game playoff series
