Your thoughts on prospects and how you contextualize stats is the absolute worst.

It says that his hardest hit ball in his 71 Arizona Fall League was similar to Miguel Rojas and Astudillo's hardest hit ball that season, over 100s of ABs. 71 ABs which he didn't homer btw, but still held his own in the league. Not to mention the article is over a year old. I wanna see what his average exit velocity is this year when he has 22 HRs.

      Article in question:

I agree some additional data would be great, but he’s historically never hit the ball hard and still gets a 40 on power. I don’t think those scouting mentions are going to be wrong and not an understatement. If he was a major prospect every service would be all over him with his statistical performance even with the BABIP. So we ask ourselves, why? Is this an overlooked prospect by everyone except some Marlins fans, or, is he just a low probability bench bat having an exceptional year as a really old guy in AAA? I think they’ll be lucky to get more than a floating bench bat here, but I hope he proves everyone wrong.

It is very hard to take you seriously sometimes.

K/BB has been the abbreviation for probably a century now.

You judge prospects by one start or 20> ABs.

            Among other nonsense.

You are either a very unique Troll or a massive moron and it is hard to tell which.

            • I like how Skip Schumaker has become Lee Stone taking Luis Arraez completely out of the leadoff spot for no reason whatsoever, hitting him 2nd and now, today, 3rd.

Of all the things that needed to change, Luis Arraez, our best overall hitter, hitting 1st wasn’t one of them.

There’s no way you’re not trolling at this point.

It’s about getting him up in more positions where a hit can drive in a run and it was also about mixing things up for other guys. He is going to hit regardless of the position in the lineup he is at

                    It makes very little sense.

He’s not a power hitter, his best skill is getting on base. Hit him 1st and let him get the most at bats.

                    • Arraez works in the 2 hole if there is a speedier player with a similar profile.

But since we don't have Bo Bichette might as well leave Arraez where he is at at the top of the order.

                      • The Marlins haven’t won a game by more than one run since July 30th. It’s August 12th.

They haven’t won a laugher (7-1 at Rays) since July 26th. That’s pretty wild.

One of the best sub .600 ops hitters in all of baseball

                              • Angel Hernandez should not be an umpire in the big leagues.
