Yes. I'd expect Eury to be back next time through the rotation. Then Cabrera and Weathers up in September out of the bullpen.

Since they didn't get a starter, Eury needs to be in the rotation the rest of the year barring injury. There's no way around it.

He is ass defensively at 3B because of his mobility but by all accounts has a ridiculously good arm.

And I don't get the hate of Hampson. Yea he has been meh before coming to Miami but he has positive WAR and a .730 OPS. He shouldn't be playing every day but for a utility guy that is phenomenal.

It had Cooper and Segura, so they moved Sanchez in the lineup as well as Wendle i believe.

not that anyone gives a shit but all of a sudden the AAA team has a ton of interesting guys. Mcintosh, Johnston, Edwards, Amaya, Burdick, Mangum, Groshans, Jerar, Leblanc, Cabrera, Monteverde, Hoeing, Weathers, Castano is back.

Platoon Sanchez or platoon Jazz? Sanchez has actually hit lefties better.

no he hasnt. Sanchez has a career .581 OPS against lefties and jazz has a .617 OPS. In small samples this year sanchez is better, but id venture the team knows which one is better considering jazz has been out over half the year and has more ab's against lefties than sanchez does all year. Sanchez and Garcia platoon is solid if garcia looks like this, and jazz deserves to play every day. He can look lost at times but he at least impacts the games in other ways and is more dynamic than Sanchez.
