My point was he was rehabbing forever. Literally to the point where he couldn’t make any more starts in the minors. If he was holding back in his minor league starts it tends to reason he could’ve been back way sooner and we’ve needed him.

They are 2-9 since doing so. Yes, when you send a message to your team you don’t give a fuck about winning, it makes a difference. It’s not the sole reason, but if you don’t think that makes a difference with the guys in the clubhouse you’re wrong
