Aaron Hicks has an OPS over 1.000 this year against lefties. .761 OPS for his career against lefties, good guy to pair with Sanchez and Jazz.

I think the big question is, is Sandy pitching? They should probably move Okert for a comparable RHP and DLC for a "Chargois." They can run this out quick
Sandy, Luzardo, Eury, Garrett, Cabrera, Rogers < --- 6 man rotation but never skipping Sandy, Luzardo, and Garrett. That'll buy some rest and off days for the three of them who will have innings limits
Chargois, "Guy for DLC", "Guy for Okert" <--- AAA could have Meyer, Bender, Soriano, Hoeing, Nance, and Maldonado on the 40 man. The top end comes here with Meyer eventually becoming the top bullpen option.
Scott, Puk, Nardi, Weathers <--- I think this is enough of a top end with the 3 core lefties (Puk is going to course correct from the random bombs IMO). Weathers is used as a 2-3 inning guy so he stays a bit stretched out to be the team's 7th SP if someone gets hurt. Fulton and Monteverde in AA/AAA not on 40 man.
That's all internal besides 2 pretty minor Floro/Vesia level trades for middle pen right handers. Robertson would cost a bunch and all of that money needs to go to C, SS, and any kind of 3rd hitter upgrade IMO (which is likely the Soler qualifying offer), or a Sandy replacement if that happens. Up to Bruce here.
As we've learned this year we're going to need 9-10 starters. Cabrera, Meyer, Weathers, Hoeing and maybe Monteverde is not bad for a 6-10. Cabrera will make his way into the rotation in this scenario before too long, and if he learns to better control the walks, then he won't leave.

Sandy (different beast when healthy and I like a motivated Sandy next year if he's healthy)
Luzardo + Meyer (when he's ready, innings will be low in 24 but that's fine. Luzardo can handle a full load until midseason)
Eury + Rogers (4+ IP each, they should both be under 150 IP next year)
Garrett + ______ (Could use another right hander. Too bad Sixto is a 0 here. Garret a little more leash than Eury/Rogers)
Cabrera + Weathers
Entire bullpen - Scott, Nardi, Puk, Chargois. They could move one of those lefties for a righty if needed for balance purposes.
It would be real easy to map Garrett as a 5 IP guy (150-160 IP), Eury, Cabrera, Rogers, and some new right hander as 4+ IP guys (140ish IP guys), and Weathers and Meyer as "one time through" guys. Combined with Sandy throwing 200 and Luzardo call it 175, we're talking 225+ reliever innings for those 4 which is not a heavy workload, and the team is injury proofed as any injury you can just reorganize quickly with no SP call ups and bringing in a reliever to reshuffle immediately. Ideally, we see complete games 1-2 times a week from Sandy or the SP combos.
They should do this IMO. Blank line could be something like a Frankie Montas reclamation project to not throw him into a huge innings fire right away. It'll cost money, but Soler on a QO, Montas, and blowing out lower farm for any kind of SS or C (one could even be Rule V stab) isn't an insane budget for Bruce.

this is a huge game tonight. if we can win with luzardo on the mound and the braves can take care of business, it would be very hard for us to miss the playoffs. Especially important to get this with eury and sandy hurt, luzardo obviously unavailable for the pirates series, and garrett needing to go on short rest if he's needed. we need to take as much pressure off the team as possible for the 2 bullpen days.
magic number is 4. any combination of marlins wins and cubs losses gets that down to 0.
