Lewin Diaz getting a start today according to ESPN. Fairly excited about that, hopefully he shows out this time. Don't really need him taking starts from Aguilar but if he's good enough to get into the outfield maybe we can shove Duvall to center until Marte gets back and we can stop having Sierra lead off.

So confused about this. Why would you give Aguilar a day off when we're already down so many players? Call up Jesus Sanchez, sit Sierra, it's that easy.

Well, we also apparently needed to give Rojas a day off yesterday to ensure the worst infield we could possibly field (unless I missed something about an injury, which I doubt since he came in later). I sincerely think Don plans out players' days off as soon as the schedule is released and nothing that he sees happening could make him change his plan.

Marte should be back tomorrow. Need to win today’s game. Excited to see Lewin. I have no idea why Sierra is still on the team, let alone playing as much as he has been. To me it’s easy to just move Duvall over to center and have Dickerson and copper in the of but I have no idea why they haven’t done that more with marte out but looks like they have survived all the injuries and are finally getting relatively healthy

Duvall doesn’t have Sierra’s speed but to me he’s looked completely comfortable out there the few times they have put him in CF. Definitely not a liability.
