April 2021 game thread

this division is up for grabs and unless the braves pitching figures itself out we are in just as good of a chance as anyone in this division.

Also, our bullpen is lights out all of a sudden and bender has been great to start his career. I really like the position we are in. Need to go on a run for 2 weeks though to start getting somewhere in the standings instead of hanging out 2-5 games under. Credit to Mattingly and the rest of the guys, we did exactly what we needed to do and hung in it while we were ridiculously beat up with injuries. under the previous ownership that would have been the end of the year due to not investing in or having quality depth.

I still feel like Yimi and Floro are really good Middle Relief guys, not great set-up or closers. Honestly Bender is the one guy I see with closer stuff.

Mattingly didn’t put him on the roster. Put him in with a 7-run lead. He did nothing wrong. Morimando won’t throw another pitch for us.

1 game out of first and havent had sixto and barely had marte. cant ask for much more so far.
