Yeah, that'll happen when you're hitting .520. He's hitting a home run almost every 7 ABs, and His K rate is at 21% which is pretty good for someone hitting a home run every 7 ABs.

Because Cooper and Mag Sierra need their ABs? You got a couple weeks until Marte is back, seems like the perfect opportunity to see if Sanchez can stay hot at the big league level.

If we didn't have major offensive issues, I'd agree, but you're talking another 2 months, and the big league club is suffering offensively now in a wide open division. Early on when he was hitting well, I didn't think it was time to bring him up because of the small sample size. But he's continued to do well. I'm close to saying bring him up.

i have not seen this mentioned anywhere and I think it might be the single biggest impactful thing for the future of this franchise other than jazz breaking out..... Sixto was optioned to the minors before being put on the injured list to start the year. because of this he is not accruing service time. if he stays on that list for a certain period of time this year, we get an extra year of sixto 6 years from now when he will be in his prime. That is enormous and its weird no one else covering the team has mentioned it to this point. Im just not sure when that date is this year that the extra year is officially gained, but at this point its unlikely we see him before July and it might even be august given that when he finally gets healthy he's still gonna need another 3-4 weeks of minor league rehab games.
