Maybe we just disagree on this, but IMO he has a good chance to be an improvement over West/Miller/Sanchez (unless Sanchez somehow rediscovers his old mojo...like 2 year old mojo). He's got good stuff and he's still projectable.

The one thing that is concerning me, though, is that RVH seems to be down a couple mph on his fastball, which makes me wonder if he is 100 percent.

Felo and Yiki speculated he was dropping his velocity in order to command the ball better (they're probably right me thinks).
