Maybe we just disagree on this, but IMO he has a good chance to be an improvement over West/Miller/Sanchez (unless Sanchez somehow rediscovers his old mojo...like 2 year old mojo). He's got good stuff and he's still projectable.

The one thing that is concerning me, though, is that RVH seems to be down a couple mph on his fastball, which makes me wonder if he is 100 percent.

He probably will be better than current Anibal but RIGHT NOW I dont feel confident with him on the mound. There's no way he projects better than West or Miller.
