I think it's overly evident the FO has made their mind up on Gaby, and other than that, Maybin's playing. That we're playing the savior and still not winning does not mean we aren't playing the kids.

Plus, there's a huge difference between shutting JJ down and playing the kids.

i dont think we should just give up, there is alot to play for still,

maintaining 2nd place in the NL East, finishing 2nd in the wild card, and winning upper 80s games, just to name a few.

i just have a problem fielding your B team, when youre somewhat in it and competitive

We have SIX games against the Phillies besides the remaining games on our schedule. It's not likely we will sweep those contests, but the fact is that we control our own destiny in a sense.

I'm pessimistic about life generally but for some reason I still have this sliver of hope. Now that'll be crushed when we get swept in STL but until then, i'm going to cling for dear life.
