Plus if we maintain the core of Fernandez, Alvarez, Cosart all we need to fill is two rotation spots which can be done every offseason if needed. Plus we have more young arms coming in the next year or two that can be 4th or 5th guys. Heaney was not something we especially needed to hang onto. I like acquiring speed and Gordon will be hitting a shit load of triples at home.

It means he is not a guy who hits to all fields well or can adjust his swing. He seems to be a straight pull guy with little power. Reminded me of Coglhan during his slump seasons
