right, he's still only "good" in the bubble of our horribleness.

Boys, I think we found a site slogan.

He also has a .255 BABIP before tonights game and is a plus defensive CFer. His BB/K is rather average and he's got plus power. His 1.2 WAR is tops on the team for hitters.

Only Ozuna (.8), Dietrich (.2), and Brantly (.2) have positive wars.

He's worth starting. He's a starter on a bad team. He's more of a bench/platoon guy on a good team, but we're not a good team, we're not even a bad team, we're a terrible team.

Yeah. But I also think he's probably better than a sub-.700 OPS.

A WAR/162 of around 4.0 is good by any standard with a lot of that is coming from his defence/SLG. This is quite similar to BJ Upton's value (ignoring his shocking current year) with the K%, high SLG, (career .750 OPS...) with value from the glove. Except we aren't paying him $75 over the next 5 years.

I'm hoping they put Stanton in LF.

                    Hopefully he doesn't get Hanley-pissed.

They'll put Ozuna out there I'm sure

Fuck I messed that one up

Correct answer was "it'll look the same as it does now since Stanton will be a Ranger"

Assuming they all stay, LF-Ozuna, CF-Yelich, RF-Stanton...Ruggiano 4th OF'er. Move Coghlan back to the infield (they're not gonna do this).

I think I've said Stanton will be a Ranger like never.

                          That's a Miami Homer thing.
