Kearns will be activated and Skipworth will be sent down.

Mathis will be activated and Olivo will be released
Mahoney will be activated and possibly sent down or Coghlan/Diaz sent down

Skipworth hit .242/.300/.468 16hr vs. RHP last season. If he could continue to develop enough just do that at the big league level, he'd be more than fine with a partner to face lefties.
MLB league average C last season was .247/.317/.398
He could probably be the John Baker half of a major-league catching platoon.
That's not sexy, and it doesn't make him a prospect. But he's absolutely somebody we should have an organizational interest in developing. Especially because he turned 23 two months ago.
If Boston is still in the AL East race at the deadline,watch for them to make a big play for Cishek. They have already had preliminary talks with us but don't wanna commit to anything until they know they will need him.
I doubt/know they would trade him for Cishek but damn Garin Cecchini would look good at 3B for us. We could still probably get a really nice deal tho from them especially if we get a bidding war going
