Stanton isn't getting dealt during the season so it really doesn't matter. They can get more for him in the offseason. If we did get Profar he would probably be at 2B with Dietrich moved to 3B and Hech at SS.

Olt tho has fallen off the radar,if we did do a trade with Texas tho they have so much good minor league talent we could still get some nice pieces along with Profar.

We will be really active tho at the trade deadline with about 10-12 guys on the block

Slowey,Ruggiano,Dunn are prolly still here in 2014 unless we got a nice offer since they are all still cheap

Alot of playoff teams wouldn't mind having some of those guys and don't forget now we can trade draft picks and International cash. I could see someone trading for a vet and international cash for a prospect or even a team that didn't expect to be there trading a supplemental pick for a vet(like Pitt did with us last year)

That is one way that will help us move the veterans tho,give a team 500k-1mil plus Polanco or Pierre for a prospect who could help us in 2014 or so

It's amazing how much we won the Escobar trade before Dietrich even plays an inning in the majors. Escobar's doing terrible.

EDIT: Obviously Escobar can turn his season around, but I'll take the possibility of Dietrich being a long term solution at 2B over Escobar for one mediocre season.
